She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Drew (Steve) of Pikeville, Pasquale Forsythe of Deland and Rose Ann Gahring of Deland, Florida; and her sister Patricia Gilbert of Seymour, Tennessee. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
