She was predeceased by: her spouse Charles Edward Miller. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Charles Miller (Ann) of Raleigh, Neal Scott Miller of Goldsboro and Dawn Renee Anderson (Mike) of Goldsboro; her grandchildren, Justin, Jessica, Kristin, Hannah, Nolan, Caitlin and Evan; and her siblings, Donald Hare and Tenny Hall. She is also survived by husband, Ruby was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.
