We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Sadie Outlaw Neel (Goldsboro, North Carolina), born in Seven Springs, North Carolina. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis James and Sadie Rouse Outlaw; her husband Robert Hannibal Neel; and her brothers, Lewis James and Robert Outlaw.

She is survived by: her children, Eva, Steven Wardrup of Atlanta, GA, Robert, Aleta Neel of Washington, NC, Sara, Frank Powell of Wake Forest, NC and David Neel of Goldsboro; and her grandsons, Blake Neel, Jamie and David Wardrup. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and extended family and friends.
