She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Powell and Madge Sutton Powell; her husband Ronnie Foss; and her siblings, James Powell, Jr., A. C. Powell, John Powell and Margaret Wells.
She is survived by: her children, Mavis Williams (Jake), Billy Hall Jr. (Ruth) and Terry Hall; and her siblings, Sallie Hodgin, Joseph Powell, Doris Cherry, Willie Ray Powell and Dewey Powell. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
