He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ollie and Clara Bell. He is survived by: his children, Jean Tart Rea, Randy Goddard of Charlotte, Ann Tart Plumley (Rick) of Goldsboro, Don Alan Tart and Karen Jones of Ball Ground, GA; his grandchildren, Dana Wadsworth, Strole (Curtis), Clark and Blake Rea; and his siblings, Audrey Brion of Snow Hill and David W. Tart, Sr. (Beverly) of Hinesville, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home on Monday evening from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers the family ask that.
