She was predeceased by : her parents, Larry Wade, Sr. and Gloria White-Wade; and her siblings, Annie Doris Wade Hines, Diane Wade Lassiter, Shelia Wade, Joann Wade Greenfield, Carl Lee Wade and Larry Wade, Jr..

She is survived by : her husband Bruce Kornegay; her children, LaToya McKinney of Goldsboro, Regina McKinney of California and Antwan McKinney of South Carolina; and her brother Jimmy Wade (Doris) of Goldsboro. She is also survived by other relatives, family and friends.
