She is survived by: her great-aunt Olive; her uncle Grover Johnson of Brownfield, ME; her husband Jay R. Memmelaar, Sr.; her children, Amy Memmelaar (Angie) of Porter Corners, NY and Nathan Memmelaar (Molly) of Smithfield, NC; her daughter-in-law Irene Memmelaar of Dudley, NC.; her grandchildren, Travis, Joshua, Christopher, Emilee, Peyton (Lyndell) and Maria (Gabriel); her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Charlee and Rowan; her siblings, Philip Maynard of Hiram, ME, Roger Maynard (Ann) of Bowdoinham, ME, Mark Maynard (Sue) of Phoenix, AZ, Bruce Jellison (Pam) of Clifton, ME, Rhonda Rowe of Westbrook, ME., Andrea Spencer of Windsor, CT and Marcia Shaw of Bangor, ME; Emma, Steven of Bangor, ME, Mark of Westbrook, ME and Quentin Memmelaar (Denise) of Snow Hill, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Seymour Funeral Home (1300 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Pentecostal Holiness Church. A burial was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (164 Longs Plant Farm Rd, Goldsboro, NC 27534).
