With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Sasser Dixon (Goldsboro, North Carolina), who passed away on October 31, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Sasser and Ruth Head Sasser; and her son Eric Scott Dixon. She is survived by: her son Cliff Ross Dixon of Cutler Bay, Florida; her sister Peggy Martin of Ohio; and her close friend Mary Best. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
