She is survived by: her mother Barbara Blevins Hartley of Goldsboro; her husband Anthony Dail; her children, Kasey Hawks (Jeffrey), Wesley Dail and Kelly Dail; her siblings, Chris Hartley (Kimberly), Daniel Hartley and Amanda Hartley; and her pet Luke.
