He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bair Ginn; his children, Paula Ginn Mullins of Goldsboro, Teddy Edward Ginn Jr. (Lisa) of Portsmouth, VA, Tony Wayne Ginn (Denise) of Hertford and Jason Harper (Christina) of Seven Springs; his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Bair (Carol) and Keith Bair (Melissa); his grandchildren, Karla, Gunner, Ashley, Tiffany, Kyla, Hunter and Brandon; his great grandchild Madelynn; and his pet Duffy.
