He is survived by: his wife Diana Waddell; his children, Wendy Blankenship, Barri Blankenship, Jonathan Waddell and Joshua Waddell; and his siblings, David Waddell, Sandy Waddell, Mary Waddell and Crystal Waddell. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
