He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulysses Simpson Mintz II and Estelle Joyce Laidler Mintz. He is survived by: his wife Susan Talton Mitchell Mintz; his stepdaughter April Mitchell; his grandchildren, Harper Davis and Saylor Davis; his daughters, Stephanie Sander and Kristin Hamilton; his grandchildren, Madison Sander, Cody Sander, Abby Sander and Chloe Hamilton; his mother-in-law Faye Talton Kornegay (J. Nelson Kornegay); his brother-in-law Steve Talton (Ann); and his sister Susan Wilcox.
Attendees are asked to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
