He is survived by: his spouse Sandra Powell Foss; his children, Mavis Williams (Jake) and Billy Hall Jr.; his wife Ruth Hall; his siblings, Dennis Foss (Nannie) and Karen Weston (Brian); and also Terry Hall. He is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
