He is survived by: his wife Patsy Lou Blizzard Vinson; his sons, William Hal Vinson (Karen), Christopher Kevin Vinson (William) and Michael Shane Vinson (Sherry); his grandchildren, Logan Greene, Kallie Lou Vinson, Sarah Nicole Vinson and Sydney Marie Vinson; his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Mason Greene; his sister Teresa Jones (Ronnie); his cousin Billy Anderson (Susan); his grandson Seth; and his friend Shadow.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given in his memory to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
