He was predeceased by: his grandson Glyn Allen; and his siblings, Marie Rogers and Jerry Toler. He is survived by: his spouse Ruth R. Toler; his children, Lynda Toler Allen (Terry) and William Jackson Toler Jr. (Toni); his grandchildren, Charity Ruth Allen, Ben Toler (Lana), Markel Toler, Trey Toler and Greg Toler (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Aiden Pinkston, Heath Allen, Asher Hankins, Rowan Toler and Vivian Toler; his sister Ann Toler Smith; his children, Lily, Sophia and Nikoli; and also, Gretchen, Ryan Kroschel, Kelly, Andrew Hankins and Jennifer Mocha.
