He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Bowden Hubbard and Willie Herring; and his sister Theresa Barry (James). He is survived by: his children, Chandra Owens (Courtney) of Lexington, KY and Daniel Bowden of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Cayden, Gabriel and Grace; his sister Cheryl Ruffin of Homewood, FL; his brother-in-law James Barry (Theresa) of Cedar Hill, TX; his nephew Isaac Ruffin of Tampa, FL; his niece Talitha Ruffin of Homewood, FL; and his former wife Linda S. Bowden of Raleigh, NC. He is also survived by other relatives, friends.
The event will incorporate proper social distancing practices.
