She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Donithan; her parents, Otis Gunter and Fanny Gilmore Gunter; her daughters, Wilma Allen and Betty McDowell; her grandson Ronny McDowell Jr.; and her siblings, Clara Mae Gautier and Siler Gunter.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Batten (Richard); her grandchildren, Tim Allen (Nicole), Tonya Allen and Melissa McDowell; her great grandchildren, Montogomery Allen, Harper Lee Allen, Glosson Allen, Zack Girard and Angel Whitley; her son-in-law Ronny McDowell; and her sisters, Mildred Shropshire (Wayne) and Ruth Thomas.
