Bowen; his children, Lisa Carver (Kenneth) and Elbert Travis Bowen, Jr.; his sisters, Naomi White (Bob) of Annapolis, MD and Cathy Longmire (Keith) of Durham, NC; his grandchildren, Christin Morris (Brian) and Katlyn Bowen; his great grandchildren, Ethan and Jackson; and his pets, Meme, Bailey and Frick.
