She was predeceased by: her husband William Dalton Sharpe; her parents, William Lewis Stanfield and Mary Pickard Stanfield; her granddaughter Christie Beth Sharpe; and her siblings, Lillian S. Neese, Ione S. Neese, Edith S. Clark, Irene S. Thompson, Frances Elizabeth Stanfield, Doris S. Holt, James Stanfield and Jack Stanfield.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Overman (Ron) of Graham and Drew Sharpe (Brenda) of Graham; her grandchildren, Melissa Johnson (Paul), Crystal King (Ronnie), David Sharpe (Santanna) and Donna Jan Severo (Jorge); and her great grandchildren, Cody and Connor Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
