Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jean Ray Davis of Graham, North Carolina, born in Durham, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 77, on August 30, 2020. She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford Jackson Davis; and her parents, Charles Harrison Ray and Mildred Burney Ray. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Bishop (Tim) of Charlotte and Steven D. Atwater (Cindi) of Chapel Hill; her stepchildren, Michael Davis of Burlington, Christopher Davis (Ginalyn) of Texas and Merry Whyte of Wilmington; her sister Anne R. Swindell of Greensboro; and her former husband Donald C. Atwater. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, a memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
