He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth McEntire and Theodore McEntire; and his brother Carroll McEntire. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughter Michelle (Kurt Wilder); his nephew Scott Page; his siblings, Arnold, Jerrill, Merrill, John (Karen), Tim McEntire (Carol), Joyce Ellis (George) and Eileen Page (Ken); and his sister-in-law Shirley McEntire.
