He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Anne Brown Terrell; his uncle Lum Page; his daughter Wendy Terrell Swank (Steve); his grandchildren, Elin Richard Swank, Emerson Taylor Swank and Ava Catherine Swank; and his siblings-in-law, David Brown (Tammy), Dee Gray, Gayle Fogleman (Don), Sue Fowler (Winston) and Kaye Adams.
