It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerald Ray Harvey Sr. of Granite Falls, North Carolina, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burt Burr Harvey, Sr. and Lona Bell Dawson Harvey; his siblings, Carmel Harvey, Carl Harvey, Burt Harvey, Jr. and Weltha June Nelson; and his siblings' child Dale Quinton Harvey.
He is survived by: his children, Bertha Peek, Gerald "Ray" Harvey, Jr., Patricia Hall (Mike) and Melody Phillips Foster (Shanon); and his sister Ramona Burnett of Virginia. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 face masks and social distancing will be required.
