With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ilene Yount Haas of Granite Falls, North Carolina, who passed away on February 27, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Yount and Mamie Keller Yount; and her siblings, Ethyl, Edna Yount, Helen Yount Bumgarner, Homer, Lloyd (Noah) and Charles Ivo Yount.
She is survived by: her children, Shirlene Wike of Granite Falls, NC, Patsy Wike of Granite Falls, NC and Wayne Wike of Granite Falls, NC; her brother Wade R Yount (Jane) of Hickory, NC; and her grandchildren, Kassandra Piercy, Michelle Wike, Tyler Wike, Tammy Hensley and Martha Martin.
