He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Blackburn Potter of Granite Falls, Rita Fay Blackburn of Granite Falls and Ann Blackburn McDaniels of Granite Falls; and his granddaughters, Emily Ann Potter (Josh Copeland) of Granite Falls and Lindsey Nicole Potter of Conover.
