Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved George Micheal Toler (Grantsboro, North Carolina), who passed away at the age of 58, on April 20, 2018. He was predeceased by : his mother Mary Edna Rowe Toler; his stepmother Mary Toler; his grandparents, Bill Toler, Nan Toler, Shady Rowe and Martha Rowe; his brother Raymond McLean Toler; and his daughter Sherri Norris.

He is survived by : his father James Luther Toler of Caton; his wife Deborah "Debbie" Toler of Grantsboro; his children, Lisa Lynn Buttita of Raleigh, Melanie Asby, Michael Toler of Caton, Maria Norris of Jacksonville, Jessica Phillips of Grantsboro, Crystal P. Simeon (Brad) of Vandemere, Brandon Phillips (Kiyomi) of Maryland and Nathan Phillips of Tennessee; and his brothers, Wayne (Cathy) of Greenville, William Shady of Greenville, Pee-Wee of Greenville and James "Jimmy" Henry (Pamela) of Greenville. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Pancreatic Cancer Research, Lustgarten Foundation, 415 Crossways Park Dr. Suite D, Woodbury, NY 11797.
