It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Carter of Green Level, North Carolina, who passed away on November 15, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Edward Carter of Green Level; her parents, Charlie Bradshaw and Essie Poteat Bradshaw; her brothers, Leroy Bradshaw (Addie Ruth), Simon Bradshaw (Currie), Hulon Bradshaw (Lizzie) and Marvin Bradshaw (Magerlene); her stepmother Magerlene Van Hook Bradshaw; and her stepgreat-grandchild Fatimah Weaver.
She is survived by : her children, Mary Frances Carter Speight (Nathaniel), Essie Carolyn Carter Harris (late Claybon), Sarah Ann Carter Coleman (Virgil) and Charlie Edward Carter; her grandsons, Nathan Ryan Speight (Bella) and Jonathan Alan Speight; her great grandchildren, Grayson Hunter and Nia Ryan Speight; her stepgrandchildren, Claybon Harris Jr. and Demetrius Harris; her stepgreat-grandchildren, India Harris and Anthony Weaver; and her stepgrandchild Ayanna Weaver. She is also survived by Mom had a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
