She was predeceased by: her husband Mitchell; and her parents, William Manuel and Beatrice Manuel. She is survived by: her children, Kathy (Charles Varner) and Kenneth (Tamie Mitchell); her grandchildren, Jennifer Mangum (Tim), Bonnie Beebe (Justin), Adam, Jared Mitchell, Robin Campbell and Gabe Boyett (Codie); her great grandchildren, Grayson (Fiona), Ethan (Haley), Jordan, Tori, Lane (Kelli), Kinsy, Becca, Kaily, Emma and Zachary; and her great great grandchildren, Eason, Piper and Takoda.

Contributions in her memory may be made to Friendship Baptist Church, 9696 US Hwy 220 Bus N, Randleman, North Carolina 27317.
