She was predeceased by : her parents, John F. Wilkins and Mary Emma Wilkins; and her husband Roy Allen Sharpe. She is survived by : her daughter Mary Ruth Snider (Carl); her granddaughter Heather Colleen Carver (Michael); her great grandchild Scarlett Wren Carver; and also, Pete Wilkins, Doyle Wilkins, Carolyn Keel, Kerri Blanton and Ramona Baker.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:50 PM at the Forbis & Dick Funeral Service - Pleasant Garden Chapel (4601 Pleasant Garden Rd, Pleasant Garden, NC 27313). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
