He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Rook, and Carl Rook, Sr.; his son Christopher; and his grandson Christian. He is survived by: his siblings, Mike (Julie), Tony (Suzy) and Patsy Coble (Lane); his sons, Chad (Christina), Jason (Crystal) and Zach; and his grandchildren, Chase, Chandler (Morgan), Cameron and Salem.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forbis & Dick Funeral Service - Guilford Chapel (5926 W Friendly Ave, Greensboro, NC 27410). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at the same location.
