She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Brown and Maybelle Brown; and her husband Dick Sherrick. She is survived by: her children, Dana Walker (Warren), Beth Creamer (Dennis), Rick Sherrick and Sally Bernstein (Mo); her grandchildren, Alex Walker, Amanda Walker, Paul Creamer (Mary Alice Reed), Amy Jacobs (Justin), Diane Burns (Oliver), Jena Sherrick, Kelsey Selene and Kyle Sherrick; and her great grandchildren, Juniper, Tabor Scott, Chloe and Zek Jacobs.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Guilford Park Presbyterian Church (2100 Fernwood Dr, Greensboro, NC 27408).
