He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Phelps and Essie Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Esther Phelps; his sons, Dennis Phelps, Jr. and Patrick Phelps (Virginia); his grandchildren, Jade (Will), Abigail, Benjamin and Emerson; and his brothers, Jimmy Phelps (Susan), Randy Phelps (Vickie) and Steve Phelps. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.

I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER HIS KINDNESS AND WILLINGNESS TO HELP ANYONE IN NEED. I LOVED HOW HE THOUGHT OUT AND PLANNED EVERY DETAIL OF HIS HOME TO BE SO NEAT ONCE HE FINISHED HIS PROJECT.
