He is survived by: his daughter Carrie Frate; his grandsons, Addison and Graceson Frate of Greensboro; his son Carlo Frate, III (Susi); his siblings, Mildred Frate, Paul Frate of Georgia and Patrick Frate; his aunt Elena Fischer of Maryland; his former wife Debra "Susi" Frate of Greensboro; and his pet Lottie.
