He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie W. Williams and Thelma Beasley Williams; his brother Charles Ray Williams; and his sister-in-law Sybil Williams. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Williams; his daughter Kelly W. Baker; his granddaughter Hayley Baker; and his brother Jimmy Williams.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Forbis and Dick Funeral Service Stokesdale Chapel (8320 US-158, Stokesdale, NC 27357). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Methodist Church of Oak Ridge (8424 Haw River Rd, Oak Ridge, NC 27310).
