We bid farewell to Edgar Beauregarde Fisher Jr. of Greensboro, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 21, 2025 at the age of 89. Edgar Beauregarde touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar B. Fisher, Sr. and Ruth Knight Fisher; and his sister Ruth Anne Fisher Veazey. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Prickett Fisher of Burlington; his children, Elizabeth Fisher Page (Will) of Washington, NC, Nancy Fisher Johnson (James) of Charlotte, NC and Edgar Beauregarde Fisher III (Louisa) of Charlotte, NC.; and his grandchildren, Liza Page, Janie Page Wilson (Skye), William Page III, Jim Johnson, Davis Johnson, Beau Fisher, Amelia Fisher and George Fisher.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Virginia Sutton Theatre (4100 Well Spring Dr, Greensboro, NC 27410). A reception was held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
