With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Evelyn Henson (Greensboro, North Carolina), who passed away on June 8, 2025 at the age of 103. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances Evelyn Henson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Picket Small and Carrie Biggart Small; her husband Perry C. Henson, Sr.; and her siblings, David Pickett Small, Jr. and Carolyn Small Pierce.
She is survived by: her children, Perry, Jr. (Linda) of Greensboro, Karen Henson Hanley (Hayes) of Ashland, VA and David (Leslie) of Chapel Hill; and also, Chris, Whitney Layer, Regina Dodson and Denise Baker. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ United Methodist Church (410 N Holden Rd, Greensboro, NC 27410).
