It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Boyd Barker (Greensboro, North Carolina), who passed away on January 10, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd B. Barker and Bertha F. Barker; and his wife Karen B. Barker. He is survived by: his sons, Boyd F. Barker and Joel M. Barker (Sarah); his granddaughter Alexus B.; and his great grandchild James M. Nanney.

Due to the pandemic, there will be a graveside service on Wednesday, January 19, at 1:00 pm at Westminster Gardens.

Because of Gary's love of animals, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Guilford County Animal Shelter.
