He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stout Parker; his sister Mary "Cookie" Costner (Travis); his sons, Jon Parker (Nicole) and Alex Parker (Jon); his grandchildren, Lilian "Lily" Thompson and Caleb Williams; his nephew Wayne Costner (Barbara); and his great-nephews, Bryan and Brandon Costner.
