In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Janie Ellen had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Janie Ellen may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Goul and Margaret Goul; and her sister Nancy Zieman. She is survived by: her husband Ronald C. Walters; her children, Gregory R. Walters (Amy Wilson) and Dawn W. Jenkins (Curt); her grandchildren, Benjiro Walters and Mika Walters; and her sister Bonnie Alberts. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Presbyterian Church (5401 Liberty Rd, Greensboro, NC 27406).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Community in Christ Presbyterian Church in Greensboro, NC or charity of your choice in honor of Janie's life.
