He was predeceased by: his parents, Ovie Lee and Jannie O'Kelley; and his sister Wilda Melanie Sanchez. He is survived by: his sons, David (Pam) and Brian (Wendy); his grandchildren, Hannah Grace, Connor Evan and Patrick Brian O'Kelley; and his brother Douglas Lee O'Kelley (Peggy) of Thomasville.
