She was predeceased by: her parents, James Neal and Alva Neal (Hart); her stepfather Charles "Nick" Marshall Sr.; and her brothers, Charles Marshall, Jr. (April) and Jack Marshall, Sr. (Martha).
She is survived by: her sister Sandra Tate (P. A.); her children, Kenneth Olivey (Sandy), Sandra Pell (Brian) and Harold Olivey, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Andrea, Ciji, Tabitha, Katelyn and Jessica. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to AuthoraCare Hospice in recognition of the important work they do and in thanks for their care for Jimmye as she approached the end of her life.
