She was predeceased by : her husband Robert Ouellette. She is survived by : her children, Michelle Smith (Skip), Christopher Ouellette (Clicia) of Branchburg, Terry Wanta (Charlie) of Romansville and Melissa LaFemina of Greensboro; and her siblings, Edmund Witkowski of Ft. Lauderdale Florida and Patricia Krzenski.

A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church (2715 Horse Pen Creek Rd, Greensboro, NC 27410).
