He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Lewis Honeycutt; and his siblings, Mildred Clark, Charles and Grady Honeycutt. He is survived by: his wife Ava; his children, Vicki Mitchell (Randy) of Greensboro and Bruce Honeycutt (Jane) of Columbia, SC; his grandchildren, Susan Scrivano (Royce) and Steve Honeycutt (Hannah); and his great grandchildren, Ava Pearl Honeycutt and Emma Jane Honeycutt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Christ United Methodist Church or the charity of one's choice.
