He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sidney, Orene Taylor, Hassell and Cora Doss; and his father-in-law John McGrath.
He is survived by: his parents, Tammy Doss and Bobby Doss; his wife Dr. Carrie Doss; his brother Michael Doss (Breanna); his nieces and nephews, Ellie and Miles; his sister-in-law Dr. Sarah McGrath-Blaser (Nick Blaser); his niece Isabel; his nephew James; and his mother-in-law Susanna McGrath. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, a host of extended family and lifelong friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Family Life Center at Mayodan First Baptist Church (111 E Main St, Mayodan, NC 27027).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Nick's honor to The Guilford County Animal Shelter, The Barry L. Joyce Local Cancer Support Fund, or a charity of your choice.
