She was predeceased by : her parents, Otis Bullock and Della Bullock Gilchrist; her former life partner Ronnie Rumley; and her siblings, Toby Gilchrist, Marion Taylor Bullock, Billy Bullock and Tim Gilchrist.

She is survived by : her husband Command Sergeant Major (Ret.) Steven Foust; her children, Donna Rumley McGee (Bud), Terry Rumley, Scottie Rumley, Ronnie Rumley (Vickie) and Jeffery Taylor Rumley (Maria); her grandchildren, Dr. Raleigh Norean Rumley, Autumn Schmidt (Donald), Blair Cofield (Charles) and Taylor Rumley (Lauren Rumley); her great grandchildren, Samuel Cofield and Mabry Taylor Cofield; her brothers, Dr. Ronald Bullock (Doris) and Mack Gilchrist (Ruth); and her siblings-in-law, Margie Bullock, Nancy Bullock and Tommy Rumley.
