Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Silas Creek Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Mt. Gur Cemetery (1050 Cemetery St, Kernersville, NC 27284).
