He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Allen and Lillian Dunn Allen; and his siblings, Barbara Allen Miller and William Harvey Allen. He is survived by : his wife Tracey Hill Allen; his daughters, Emily Allen Maida (Mike) of Greenville and Brittany Vechter (John) of Winterville; his grandsons, Wyatt and Evan Aideuis of Winterville; his sister Carolyn Tew (Bobby) of Wilmington; his siblings-in-law, Michael Miller of Williamsburg and Tracy Allen of Raleigh; and his mother-in-law Lutitia Hill of Chocowinity.
