He is survived by: his wife Harriet Adams Barnhill; his daughters, Heather Dunn (Beasley) of Fuquay-Varina, Ashley Sutton (Brad) of Garner and Courtney Robinson (Austin) of Morehead City; his mother Juanita Barnhill; his grandchildren, Haleigh Robinson of Winterville, Austin Robinson, Jr. of Morehead City, Lydia Dunn of Fuquay-Varina, Larsen Dunn of Fuquay-Varina, Reagan Sutton of Garner, Trace Sutton of Garner and Langley Sutton of Garner; and his siblings, Spencer Barnhill of Fleetwood and Claudia Swicegood of Salisbury.
