He was predeceased by: his parents, Quinerly Carraway and Sue Carraway. He is survived by: his wife Lettie Carraway; his children, William C. Carraway (Misty), Kitty Lancaster (Gary) and Ashley Carraway (Crystal Oakley); his sister Brenda Braxton (Glen); and his pet Max. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
