She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hugh Brian Stroud Sr. and Margaret Burkett Stroud; her husband Jeffrey Thomas Sawyer; her daughter Amy Michelle Hunt; her grandchildren, Cohen, Margaret Hunt and Kenan Scott Hunt; and her siblings, Brian Hugh Stroud Jr., David Patrick Stroud, Joe Tom Stroud, Billy Clinton Stroud and Tiffany Stroud Goins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home & Crematory - Greenville (2100 E 5th St, Greenville, NC 27858). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
